Refund rules are highly jurisdiction-specific (EU 14-day right of withdrawal, India consumer law, US state laws, etc.). Have counsel adapt before you take payments.
Free plan
The free plan is, well, free. Nothing to refund.
Subscription plans
We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time subscribers on monthly and annual plans, no questions asked. Email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] within 14 days of your first charge and we'll process the refund to your original payment method.
Subsequent renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time from your Settings; you keep paid features through the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual plans, prorated
If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day window, we don't prorate the remainder by default. Reach out — we look at individual circumstances (illness, mistaken purchase) case by case.
Failed services or outages
If you experience prolonged service unavailability that we're responsible for, we may offer service credits or a partial refund proportional to the affected time.

- Refunds typically reach your card within 5–10 business days after we process them.
Local consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer protection law.
